Ps love when you add the words of Jesus . Asking for more of the Fruits of the spirit to draw closer to spirit which gives us inner quiet peace when we do this , I find the more I practice as you say , the easier it gets to stay mindful of this practice and to stay in a grateful , peaceful place . ✌️🙏

A lot of people say the Jesus wasn't even a real person, and never existed. This whole thing of perfection is very difficult to achieve as a human being. You have to breath, and when you do you take that oxygen from another human being.....so we have to take care of ourselves.

Just found your channel and love your explanations. For this one though, I'd just like to add that for those of us who don't subscribe to germ theory(germs invading), you could also extend the metaphor to include that the state of your physical immune system would predispose you to be influenced by those you encounter. That is, just as we sense the amount of 'physical' or 'spirit' filled of others, we can make ourselves physically sick through our low vibration thoughts (fear, negativity,) conscious or unconscious, that we create as a reaction to those we encounter.

So the evils I perceive that governments are perpetrating, the wars they start, the money they hoard, the starvation and genocides, in general the crimes against humanity, would go away if I could stop perceiving through ego? It is my ego that is creating these perceptions?
I will be liberated from perceiving those that are suffering, starving, sick, drug addicted, angry, imprisoned, enslaved, if I am filled with spirit rather than operating through my ego?
The big question is: Being liberated from perceiving things of this material world, by focusing on spirit rather than the material, doesn't make those "things" go away, does it? I personally am not living a life with suffering, but I "See" others suffering.. and yes I get caught in the emotions of that suffering. I know in Jesus's miracles we are told he only saw their perfection and because he saw only their Spirit/their perfection they were healed.
I do not believe that Spirit wanted to come here and chose to come here.. That concept is definitely NOT a new one. It doesn't make any sense to me that Perfection would even NEED or want to experience imperfection, or that Spirit being WHOLE already, is complete and fully knowing in all degrees of polarity or duality. I think Spirit was tricked into coming here, (ha! don't ask me how perfection and all knowing can be tricked) over and over again. The concept of duality and the dark side/evil side seems very real... Seriously! That's why Jesus had to come down and snap us out of the hypnotism of this dark force.
edit: and actually the story of Jesus coming here to save us, or remind us of who we are kind of makes me think that something in this game must have gone wrong as planned., or that he is helping us to get the hell out of the LIE and Trap of reincarnation, get out of that belief that we are sinners, flawed, here to work on ourselves and so on
How was the ego even created? Karma is a nasty lie to make us "beLIEve " we must keep coming back till we get it right. Swiping our memories of who we really are, and what we accomplished or failed at are game rules stacked against us and our success... the whole thing is very fishy to me.
