Mix all the ingredients and add enough water gradually to make a slurry. Do not drink or eat afterwards to avoid breaking the "raft" that floats on top which prevents the reflux. Good luck.
If you have really bad gerd this product works but is temporary. It works well enough for me to sleep but when i wake up i still have issues with vomiting out green bile and later on ill feel the acid problems again. Works better than most over the counter stuff tho thats forsure

Huge over-simplification of the cause of GERD and LPR. Tons of other reasons people have this aside from "over eating". See a gastroenterologist don't just guess at what the cause of your issue is and self treat with an over-the-counter medication

I've heard this is really effective for immediate solution but for long term treatment even doctors advices ACV. I don't know who to believe anymore 😢

I,m trying Melatonin for a few weeks, It suppose to tighten the Lower Esophageal Sphincter,(LES) so the acid can't come up the esophagus. We,ll see

I've heard that it's best not to eat after you take it because it can break the "seal" so it's not as effective, but it won't harm you if you do eat.
Does it thicken in your throat. I'm already have a choking sensation, I'm not sure if this would make that worse.
