I ❤️your snowman candle! Definitely got to make one. I enjoy decorating with snowmen, cause I can use them for Christmas and winter. Awesome job on him!
A suggestion, if you have an old crock pot, you could pour wax chips and let melt and then let it stand for a minute or to. Take an old hand mixer whip the wax, and it will come out looking like snow. Coat the candle like you did in the video after it hardened ,dip the candle in the crock. Let it rest on wax paper, and you can peel the paper off. Cute project

Is there a type of toilet paper that you think works best ? .. like the thin 1 ply scott is a thick roll, or does the soft plush toilet paper absorb the wax better ?
