First of all: Your designs are really beautiful and the tutorials are easy to understand even for macrame-beginners. I already made several bracelets, beads and pendants with your DIYs. :)
Having said that there is one important point of criticism: please update the lengths of the cords! In most of your tutorials they are way too long! I just finished this bracelet and I have 7 cords left which are longer than 50cm (and as I was aware of the issue of too long cords I already made them 10-20 cm shorter than instructed). Of course one can use them for another project, but still it‘s a bit of a waste...
Anyway. Your work is amazing and I‘ll keep on remaking your nice designs with your DIYs :)

So I tried doing it with hemp cords. It turned out really awful. I just don't know if that's due to the fact the I'm a beginner or it's just the cord that doesn't fit?

It's the cord 😊 you need 1mm polyester cord
