The "Plot Twist" perk seems to be a play on the classic horror movie trope where a character is seemingly killed off-screen only to come back later in the movie just fine.

@@Zet0r he has unique voice lines for encountering Michael and Sadako for the first time, since Michael is such an iconic Horror Film, and Sadako inspired Nic Cage to be in DBD. But they seem to all just play randomly xD
I like to believe he looked at the dbd team and said "I'm down with this collab as long as you make it as wacky and as hilarious as you can" and I like to believe that they didn't give him script whatsoever, he just said whatever he want to say during the recording. He sounded like he had a lot of fun recording the voice lines😂

I literally spent a couple hours playing Nicolas Cage with one of my friends and everytime we used plot twist it always has us laughing our asses off. We also had times where we would get an awesome item with Dramaturgy and pop off!! Safe to say we both main him now 😂

there is a combo you should try with the next killer addons: parkers headband, harpoon gun, and mori of course perks: play with your food, leathal pursure, nowhere to hide, and trial of torment this combo was given by Bazazell on his channel which he says in his own words "this combo will make any dbd game feel like alien isolation"
Isn't there also a perk to reset a pallet? So imagine having the down yourself ability, the one that knocks the pallet over when picked up and the ability to stand the pallets back up

Nicolas Cage was purely to bring some fun back into the game, to promote chaos like your Power Struggle match, Dramaturgy Independence Declaration Roulette, and who can forget screaming every 5 seconds? Big props to BHVR for bringing a loved survivor with 3 perks that are not strong at all, but promote having fun again. This is just what the game needed! Also, tell Lew that his soap misses him...
Amazing video! If you are having trouble with the constant screaming, I suggest calm spirit, when fully leveled, it will cause you to never scream, this perk also works against other perks that force survivors to scream

We found that Exponential + Unbreakable really makes recovery that much faster that Plot Twist becomes a lot easier to use
And blood rush removes the exhaustion and become broken and after 20 seconds you recovered from heathly
