in case of cassava we hve to not only remove skin but also another layer atleast 2-3 mm which contains cyanide part so we r still modifying our machine to remove cassava peels to that effect but sure to finalize the model
@@maheshkulkarni6086 The cyanide content will go when drying, cooking, or fermenting anyway, it's not a fruit you eat raw. With that said, looks like a good well-built machine.
@@sverre371 Thank u Sir, fr watching video and yr valuable advice ! If u can advise more information to this effect it would be very helpful to finalize the model design !
@@maheshkulkarni6086 You can build a collection pan under it and utilize the pealings, dry, cook, or ferment, leaves from the cassava plants can also be used the same way, good feed for poultry, and pigs, 21%protein, many different vitamins, and minerals. Many scientific studies are done on this topic all the way back to the '60s in the last century. Doesn't seems to very well know tho...
Thank u very much fr yr interest in this machine ! we r still under test and trial on this machine as in case of cassava we hve to not only remove skin but also another layer atleast 2-3 mm which contains cyanide part so we r still modifying our machine to remove cassava peels to that effect but sure to finalize the model and clear for sale by end of March 2021 before the harvest.
Have you upgraded your machine? It would also be good if you made it bigger than this for farmers with larger cassava fields. This looks more for domestic purposes than industrial. It should really be able to peel the second layer. Lastly I'm happy to find this channel because I'm a Zambian cassava farmer. Of late I have been having the urge to look for such a machine. Peeling cassava by hand is time consuming and becoming expensive from day to day!
Very interesting, hope you achieve your goal, Was at saro two weeks ago
Is the second layer not necessary for removal as it is done manually?
Nothing, second layer who will remove it? 😜
I am in sierra leone and want to buy this cassava grating machine , Whatis the prize? How can i buy it and transport it to sierra leone?
