This was calming…..but cutting certain vegetables and fruits oxidases them really quickly and they spoil faster. The shelf life is not long unless you freeze it. I own a food vacuum sealer.

Onions should never be cut when its not yet time for cooking it. Once you cut the onion it starts to absorb the bacterias everywhere.

Metal is not really good for non stick pans. It can scrape the coating off and get into your food, as well as making the pans non stick surface not work overtime.
