"I'm in the kitchen, and I'm ready to cook" is a great way to start your videos! Totally the right attitude to take when it comes to cooking. You were straight into the recipe after 30 seconds, really great timing.
Yeah!
You seem so down to earth and easy going. It's reflected in your cooking. Unpretentious and no nonsense.
As usual you knocked it out of the park again! The thing I most admire is that you use ingredients that most people have in the pantry. You don't need to do a special grocery shop everytime you cook.
Look delicious! I would like to try any, but the chicken stands out for the family. Chetna, would you explain the difference between chilli powder you use vs. cayenne pepper. As a newbie to Indian cuisine, is that what creates the heat when restaurants ask if you want it spicy, medium or mild? Thanks for all your great ideas. I have made a few of your recipes and they don’t disappoint🙂
This is childhood! Omg, weekend plans sorted making these
Yeah!
This was the yummiest and quickest easy to do dinner ever! Going on my weekly list I think!
OMG, those look astounding!
Yummy, want to try them
Beautiful recipes and I love all your bowls and plates💖
I would order all three :)
I love how you present your recipes- even when they aren't necessarily the most authentic. Cooking generally overwhelms me- so thankyou for making it seem simple! I can always sub this for that, go with my whims, but your approach really does make me wanna cook!
This reminded me of Tibbs and National College frankies in Mumbai... nom nom... i am going to make them
Minella D'souza oh how I miss tibbs frankies!!!
This recipe came exactly on time 😁🌮🌮🌮 😋
I love your videos. You have a love for food and cooking that comes across beautifully. Keep them coming.
YES!! I was just thinking the other day that one of the things I miss most about not being able to eat around in NYC are the absolutely delicious kathi rolls! Thank you for posting this. I've watched the video, and I think I'm ready to cook! ;) Cheers!
Yum for pannier and veg
Thanks for sharing this fantastic recipe Chetana . I tried it at home and it turned out to be the tastiest kathi rolls . My fav was chicken kathi roll . Once again thanks. 🙏
love ur videos di god bless you always 🙏😍
All of these wraps looks delicious, but the paneer wrap feels especially inspired. Plus piles of sweet, browned onions make anything taste so good. I may not make the wrap from scratch even though I see how simple it is, but these fillings and their spices have me perked up!
They look amazing! I really want to make a paneer biryani for my vegetarian sister and I was wondering if you’d be able to do a video on that? Thanks
It’s Ramadhan and I’m fasting . You’ve given me some inspiration for my ‘iftar’ food . Thank you 😊
That's great!
Fab as usual chetna x could you use sumac in the yoghurt?
*zowee* That harissa makes the chicken pop with amazing colour! 100% making these next time my kid comes over -- chicken for him & veg for me. Thank you!!!
I like the way you always dig into your food and relish it! How do you stay so slim?
Tried these tasty rolls....superb recipes...best 1 is the paneer kathi rolls...I m a home chef too...my customers loved these rolls...thanks for the awesome recipes..
all of them you made them look so tasty 🎄🙂😷

You and your inspired recipes drive me up the wall and out of my mind. I have to take a break to preserve my sanity. BTW: This is a slobbering compliment! Love your channel
Hi Chetna! Your recipe looks great. I think there are some links missing from the description, though. Can you add the details?
I definitely want to try this. Thanks for sharing! I just subscribed to you💐☺🤗👍❤
I cannot decide...they all look so DELICIOUS 💕💕💕💕 I would have to eat them all😆😆😆😆😆
Whoa, these wraps sound incredible! I'm trying to imagine the texture that the egg would lend to them. 🤔
Definitely gonna try this soon. Thanks!
💜💚
I'm going to try this with a spicy chilli filling. Hmmm YUMMY
I love how customizable this recipe is! Paneer and veggies for me! Thanks.
Paneer masala is yummy
Oh they look great. Happy New Year 😀
wow this like delicuose, please I want to make India Dal soup .
I am so very pleased I have discovered your channel 💕🙏🏼 - Have made quite a few of your recipes - I made the chickpea and bean curry today - added in some spinach, was awesome! All the best and take care from NZ 👍🏼
Wonderful! and welcome to the channel
Lovely looking wraps Gita 😁😁😃😃 I fancy having a go at this, however I only have gram flour. Would that be ok as the other flours really difficult to buy around here at moment?
Stay safe all of you.
Colin from Reading...
Tried these last week and they came out great! thanks for the recipe. The wrap however was not as soft as I liked - maybe I didn't knead enough or let it rest enough.
It’s Ramadan and this is perfect for breaking ones fast👍🏽😋😋. Thanks for another awesome recipe ❤️
My pleasure 😊
Ah they look lovely, I am gonna have a go, I would make the paneer ones yum :)
Hope you enjoy
All three , but would have to say harrisa chicken !! Thanks chetna x
Lunch for tomorrow sorted 😊
Handy!!!!
The way you tuck into your food was exactly how I am when I make one of your recipes. I'm usually at the kitchen sink though. You're cute.
Chetna, I realized another point why your cooking/food is so amazing...your food is for 'real life', by that I mean I am so tired of making daal which is a hit here and healthy but enough is enough. These 'kathi' wraps look so amazing, if I could find paneer I would try that first. Or I would make a sauteed mix of veges (?)..you continue to enrich our lives with your cooking and sweet self..thank you.
Thank you so so much!
The chicken Kathi roll for me, but they all look WONDERFUL!!! Thanks!
Thanks
👍👌
Thanks
That looks quite good!!!!
Thanks
Great recipes, making me quite hungry! What was the green sauce she's used? Love to make this...thanks a lot for sharing!

Hi Chethna, all the three kati rolls look yummy. I'm gonna try them. Your recipes are easy to prepare and they are healthy 😊
Thanks so much
Imma definitely make the paneer one eventually, but I'm definitely more likely to have the ingredients for the onion and pepper one on hand.
Hope you enjoy
Her homemade paneer recipe is suuuuper easy! You just need milk and lemon juice
Can you please talk about best cookware to use - we see you using non-stick but which one do use??? Granite, ceramic or anodized etc.. that’ll be helpful
thinking of the time it takes Are you eating them cold?
Would like to know how you make pakoras Chetna thank you
They look delicious! Could I use firm tofu instead of paneer?
Yes!
That's exactly my question!!!

Do you use warm water or cold water to mix your dough
I just use normal tap water
Where in Mumbai?
If you add the egg first and then the half done parathas or wraps it will be perfect . Won’t make the eggs overdone. Also you can pickle the onions instead of frying . Can’t believe I am writing this to my favourite baker.
Do u use hot, cold or warm water to make dough ?
Normal tap water
I didn’t understand the name of the salt you added to the yogurt making a sauce. Peri peri is what it sounded like.
Rebekah Bridges-Tervydis it‘s piri piri a very popular hotpepper from Portugal
Can you start a delivery service :)
You cook... I eat. Wanna be friends
