You cannot convict them in courts because they are very smart in using the best lawyers and very greedy at same time. A deadly combination. Dmk has backing of Christian’s Muslims SC STs and Tamil nationalists like DK and periyar fans… as long as these big forces are selfish in using DMK for their own communities benefits, there is no force in Tamil Nadu. The last known person or entity that terrorized dmk was jayalalitha, the lioness that ruled Tamil Nadu and performed virtually sterilization of rowdies who were grown by DMK politicians. If rajini did not do the mistake of exposing jayalalithas ego and asking people to not vote for her , she would have been in power one more time and made dmk literally disappear. Bad luck for Tamil Nadu that the second chance she got at destroying dmk was when she won second time but fate ( or wrong people she mingle with ) took her life. In most of the cases inital period will matter and if that period is passed away reconciliation of documents which is important part of collecting the evidences will be lost. Modi government initial 5 years wasted on the pretext of good faith, wait and watch, consolidation etc. Quigmare, by the time Modi government comes into the power most of the key officials either transfered or retired hence no one has the idea of it. 1. How can a person whose family runs one of the largest televesion channels and also have one of the largest broadbands be appointed telecom minister.
2. On what basis waa approval granted to Maxis to acquire Aircel . Were they a related party to the Maran family?
3. How can 11 licences ( kept pending for years) be issued out to Aircel within 48 hrs of a new owner acquiring Aircel . What was the basis that enabled this approval .
A "castle of worms " is what you will uncover if you trace back the circumstances . But it did help that the then Telecommminister was close to the numero uno .
Strangely neither the courts nor succeeding govts have pursued this forced sale.

I have obtained the ration rice from my maid and cooked and eaten. It is a very poor quality rice. Is this the rice which center is procuring from the Punjab farmers and distributing through PDS shops. I doubt that there is mixing going on at PDS shop level as every thing is given in loose condition. My maid says that she doesn't take the rice (because of poor quality) and it is immediately given to another person waiting in the PDS shop for Rs 10 a kg which is collected in a rickshaw. This is later sold to roadside idli shops.
FCI has to depute vigilance officer to check whether the rice being distributed iin PDS shop iis the same rice which is sent to the states.
