I’ve procrastinated watching this video for about a week, but I find that if I put stuff on my watch later list, I watch it eventually, so that is my way of watching something that needs deep attention. Thanks for the great advice, Brandon!
Love this! Recalibrate by checking your attachments, discussing issues of trust, expectations, dreams, and goals. Build a structure of social obligations that support us in moving forward.
Wow!. Thank you so much for this lesson. I had many breakthroughs with this topic. Thank you Brendon, it has made me to understand myself and other people on this situation as well. As always, besides the message, I enjoy your pace, tone, the rhythm and the words of the speech. I have homework to do after this video. See you on the next one. Greetings from Sonora, México.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Accountability partners, for TIME MANAGEMENT, in every area of life: Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, Financially, and Relationally.
Building trust in yourself and others is crucial for strong relationships and personal growth. Start by being honest with yourself and acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses. Cultivate self-confidence through self-care and setting achievable goals. To develop trust in others, actively listen, communicate openly, and follow through on commitments. Show empathy, respect boundaries, and be reliable. Trust takes time, but with consistent effort, you can foster trusting connections that bring mutual support and success.
Recognizing the need for an accountability partner to the extent of requiring them to physically visit your home and ring your doorbell demonstrates a highly refined level of self-actualization and a tempered ego. Most people cannot acknowledge their need for such assistance or are able to admit such vulnerabilities. Is there a phrase or term that describes someone capable of acknowledging and internalizing a weakness in this manner?
