    Steps to Edit PDF File on PC:
    1. Open Microsoft Word: Start by launching Microsoft Word on your computer.
    2. Open the PDF File:
    - Navigate to 'File' 'Open'.
    - Click on 'Browse' to find the PDF file you wish to edit.
    - Select the PDF file and click 'Open'.
    3. Convert the PDF:
    - A message will pop up asking if you want to convert the PDF into an editable Word document. Click 'OK' to proceed with the conversion.
    4. Edit the Document:
    - Once the file is converted and open in Word, you can edit the text, add or remove images, and reformat the document as needed.
    5. Save Your Edits:
    - After making the necessary edits, go to 'File' 'Save As'.
    - Choose the location to save your file (e.g., desktop).
    - Rename your file.
