Our class went there once to help people out in a nearby island (Silaki island). We all pitched in to stay in a similarly sized "room" for a few nights and it was a great experience. I'd go back to Sundowners if I had the time to.

I wouldn’t put it past the FTC to punish foreign YT content creators with that $42,530 fine per video that violates COPPA.

Hi Mikey and RJ! I grew up in Dagupan City and mostly in San Carlos City before moving to Metro Manila and didn't know there is such a place like on a hill and a mansion by the ocean in Pangasinan. Wow!
I LOVE THE VILLA OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN AND I LOVE THE COLOR WHITE. AND IS SO BIG ACCOMODATE A BIG FAMILY GATHERING. WHEN I WAS IN HIGHSCHOOL I STAY WITH MY DAD BOSS AND THEY BROUGHT ME THERE IN BOLINAO. NOW I WANT TO GO BACK AND CHECK THIS VILLA. AND PIZZA LOOK DIELICIOUS. AND ITS A PET FRIENDLY VILLA.
Dang! It’s all torture watching you guys gorge on the pizza, drinks, nd heavenly abode you have there! While me who just came out of the Drs office all thirsty and hungry from waiting and trying to reach home and eat anything I can find in the pantry !
