In this talk I will present an overview of the correspondence between holomorphic Chern-Simons theories and integrable models, as introduced in the seminal work of Costello, Witten and Yamazaki. Employing techniques from twistor theory and higher categories, I intend to describe how integrable models in different dimensions may be constructed.
