I would start the shiny dex, but i need the stupid strong dolphin man for my dex and i have no friends for a union circle (and also bad internet so my NAT is D, meaning I need someone with amazing internet to even use union circles)

You probably already know, but on the off hand you don't, Palafin can be obtained via 5 and 6 star raids, meaning you can obtain it solo offline
