I have been watching this animations eagerly for years...Thats just the type of things what ı love the most
9/10 only if it had plot that made a bit more sense then it would be 10 out of 10
The creator actually wanted to restart the series because the plot was messed up but he kept it going for the viewers
In fact he is making a remastered version of it currently so we will be seeing that restart version

Looking at this as a complete series, I've kinda noticed a few things.
The Eternal Conflict is a basically a game to Fleur and Chaos, whether both would've agreed by that statement or not. One of the rules was that Gods weren't suppose to interfere with their Warriors clashing, they were supposed to stay on the sidelines and strategize their next move like a Commander. But during, "The Calling", Fleur breaks this rule and intercepts the fight between Leo and her warriors. In the beginning, apparently, the Warriors from both sides were equally matched. But so were the Gods, that now begs the question; "Why even have warriors in the first place?"
Daemon remembers everything, which shouldn't make logical sense as to how he's not insane by this point. These warriors are forced in an endless cycle of war and death, and can't even do a thing about it. They've been doing this, only Daemon remembers, for thousands of years. Yet instead of making him insane or rebellious to the conflict, he sides with Fleur despite everything. And by the end of the series, they're all like; "Yup, Chaos is to blame". Like they forgot this is also Fleur's fault-
Not to mention there's a lot else I have to write about this:
Chaos mentions that Fleur is dying, and since she is the Goddess of Harmony that brings me to theorize her and the Creatures of Evil being one of the same. Perhaps she's alive to keep the monsters away, but why is she dying? According to Chaos it's because of humanity.
Chaos lied to Derek about his wife and son, sure. I don't like that about him either, but you can't fault him for lying. Boths Gods lied to their Warriors for thousands of years, how many of them knew they were in an endless cycle? Only Daemon, because anyone else who knows just dies and gets revived with no memory of what happened. Hell, Nathan died from a headshot by Claire and he didn't even remember who he was when he was brought back to life.
And then there's the whole Leo being locked away ordeal... Nathan had every right to be angry at the Murderer who killed his Village's people, however sealing Leo away handicapped the Warriors of Chaos, yet the Warriors od Harmony still got clapped multiple times. I guess they need more handicaps.
At the end of the day, I see myself siding with Chaos. I like the series, mainly because Minecraft fight animations, duh. But as a writer, myself, this kind of story needed to make sense. In fact, the creator acknowledged it, which is why it was almost cancelled before its finale at one point.
All your points make perfect sense, and honestly, after reading this it makes me Even more excited to watch the planned remake :D

You forgot some details
They were getting slapped around by Leo because he’s two Leo himself is a warrior of fleur while the one in control is on chaos side
And Nathan got stronger as the series went on he was at his weakest in destiny but at his strongest in mistakes from what I know he’s the only one like that (I don’t know for sure if he’s the only one doing like that I think he is but yeah)

They are planning on making a remake. Can’t wait for it. Hope to see the plot put together correctly this time.

Keep in mind, this was made by just him. He said that he wasn't a top tier editor, but a middle tier one. He also has school and lot's of other things to deal with, so it's amazing how he can even produce videos.
I am glad the remake has fixed a cold (act 5) time line issue in a pre scene it did clarify some stuff
