Damn... I always admire ppl that can figure it out all this crazy combinations. (gear perks + traits + oils + weapons, etc) And make these builds. It blows my mind
Solid build. I have 780hrs on the game and prefer warrior as my hard carry, killing several enemies every combat. I'd love to see your build for that class next.

Hi mate ! Nice build , can you tell the base crit chance of the build ? Also if we dont want to have 5 star crime buff (%25 crit chance) and we leveled up crit chance stat how the damage changes ?
my crit hit base value is 40%. and 127% crit dmg (u can see it at 10:23). the gunner subclass always crits if you used a precision skill. the "aim" ability from the skillbook is a precision skill. you wont have it in the opponents turn. but if you watch my updated version of the build and use the inquisition crossbow, you stack counterattacks to kill the enemies even without crits.
@@Ausonis Thanks for the detailed answer. I am playing with a crossbowman atm. Its only level 3 but with crossbow I got from the renoving merchant (that has Eye's Mechanism) It counter attacks like hell even without opportuinst skill. As you stress the main issue with it is survivability. Is there a way to make it more tanky early levels ?( life stealing oil is missing and constitution buff not present( Right now for crit chance I used him as tinker)) so got only 30ish hp :S? Also should I focus on crossbowman or destroyer first? (Currently against low hitting targets Xbow stacks like 10 shots and max damage dealed by it) I dont know the crafting system well got limited points and reserves to make items so I think I should pritorize one of them :S
@letsbegin4584 movement is key in the early game. Good Positioning is more Important than tankyness. Avoid being hit saves you Ressources. You can Play more aggressive If your mercs reach a certian Level and have Access to Strong Gear.
To try this build I need the "Opportunistic Eye" perk, so my question is: What specialisation gives access to thie perk? Is it Engineer or Machinist? If it is Machinist, how do you unlock it? :) ty in advance
You are absolutely right. Thank You! My wording is indeed missleading and unfavorable. To be precise: It is mathematically impossible to reach 100% with a continuous coinflip. It is an asymptotic approximation and thats how math works. the question is, at what point is it virtually certain and therefore relevant for the game. the game calculates the oil trigger per arrow. and we shoot several arrows per attack. in this case 3 arrows with 2 attacks. Therefore exacty 87,5%. with the AS Crossbow it would even be 4 arrows = 93,75% probability. Still not 100%, but also not noticeable in gameplay and therefore not relevant (in 87,5% of cases :P). its my fault that I choose the sloppy and factually incorrect wording instead of a deepdive into the excat numbers. call it lazyness if you want. And i am very happy that there are still people out there who question and check things! I try to improve on that! fun fact if you like math and if my napkin calculation is accurate: the probability of at least trigger one of the Oils is excaly 98,4375%

Deftness helps in preventing friendly fire or if the enemy has a dodge ability.

How do i unlock the machinist and engineer?
I use the cannoner with a pirate reload x bow. 2 attacks a round and the command shot means my DPS attacks 2 free times also
