I always thought BTS, Stray Kids, Ateez, Seventeen were my favorite boy groups, but at the end of the year, my most played songs are NCT songs😂😂😂. Their B-sides are especially good, I love the R&B vibes.

NCT really have amazing vocals, and an incredible discography, with a wide variety of genres, and top-notch production. Sometimes it makes me sad that some people, after listening to two songs, think that NCT only have songs of a certain type, when the reality is that they are very versatile, they have a lot of R&B-type songs, others influenced by hip hop, some EDM style songs, even ballads. They really have a gold discography. I would recommend listening to Superhuman, Favorite, Ay-Yo, Limitless, Cherry Bomb, Regular, and lately my favorites bsides are Time Lapse, Skyscraper, DJ, Focus, Crash Landing, Back 2 U, Baby Don't Like It, Love On The Floor, Summer 127, Gold Dust, Vitamin, Magic Carpet Ride, Sit Down, Designer 💚
Y'all are gonna like NCT! They are my ult group and I love how different their music is plus they have members who are fluent in other languages like English so they are pretty likable internationally.

nct 127 has one of the best vocals in the industry
NCT are one of the best groups in kpop, period. All of their subunits DELIVER. Vocals, dance, performance, energy and visuals - all of it is always at a 10. Glad you checked this out bc NCT 127's discography is crazy, criminally good and is extremely underrated. NCT are known to have really unique and experimental title tracks and bc people are often taken aback by their sound, they don't give their music a fair chance and a lot of people miss out on their versatility and talent. NCT has (currently) 20 members, and their subunits are NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, NCT U, and NCT Dojaejung. I highly recommend watching some more mvs from them, you won't be disappointed. They've got something for everyone! NCT 127 "Ay-Yo", NCT Dream "Glitch Mode", WayV "Phantom", NCT Dojaejung "Kiss", NCT U "90's Love". Also their albums are must listens! Full auditory experiences. Especially NCT 2021's album "Universe" which had all current members at the time on it.
The point of Dingo Killing Voice is to display the live vocal talent of artists. When artists are in the Dingo Studio they can only hear the backing track in their in-ear. You can see some of them take their in-ear out , so they can hear each other and themselves sing. If you were in the studio with them, you could only hear acapella singing. So this compilation of NCT 127 songs are the "vocal parts" of some of their songs. A lot of the songs towards the middle of the video are just some of their very very good b-sides. I highly recommend viewing or listening to the songs in this video in their entirety. NCT 1 2 7 Debut July 7th, 2016- is the second sub-unit of NCT. 1 2 7 currently is a fixed unit of nine members. The 127 stands for the longitudinal coordinate of Seoul SK. NCT 127 and NCT as a whole vocals are no joke, these men can SANG. If you ever get a chance to see them in concert - GO!
As an FYI you reacted to NCT DOJAEJUNG "Perfume", three of the members of 127 are in that sub-unit. It is the 5th sub-unit of NCT. Doyoung (songbird - AMI Alexandre Mattiussi vest, leather jacket) Jaehyun (deep voice - Lemonade - Black Prada suit) Jungwoo (sweet voice - brown sweater - fluffy hair). 😄
They are so good! They are versatile, experimental, daring, unique and vocally wonderful and their rapping and dancing are just as awesome too

This Killing Voice performance, as the title indicates, is supposed to showcase NCT-127's outstanding vocals, so what you are hearing is a complication of some of the best parts of their songs that highlight their vocal abilities. They have a lot of songs, so you are only hearing a small fraction of them and only a few lines of each of the songs (And in some cases, they are singing a few lines from the middle of the song, so it may sound different when you listen to the actual song.)
SM Entertainment -- which is the largest and most influential entertainment company in Korea -- is known for having some of the best singers in the industry. That is just a fact about the type of people SM selects to be a part of its company. You can't be an SM artist without being an amazing singer. So even the company's rappers receive intense vocal training. That is why the company has gained the reputation as the vocal powerhouse of the industry. All of SM's artists and groups are known for being out-of-this-world when it comes to live vocals and perfect harmonies.
In this performance there are 9 members -- from left to right: *Johnny (lead vocalist and sub-rapper), Yuta (lead vocalist), Haechan (main vocalist), *Taeyong (leader of all of NCT, main rapper and dancer), Jungwoo (main vocalist), Taeil (main vocalist), Doyoung (main vocalist), *Mark (main rapper and dancer) and *Jaehyun (main vocalist and sub-rapper).
Taeil is the oldest of all of NCT and he is currently 29 and Haechan is the youngest in NCT-127 at 23. However, if you want to know who is the youngest out of all the NCT members, that would currently be NCT-Dream member, Jisung, who is 21.
NCT -- which stands for Neo (a pop culture term that means new/original) Culture Technology -- currently has 20 members. And the group right now as a whole has 4 sub-units -- NCT-U, NCT-127, NCT-Dream and WayV.
NCT-127 is NCT's second sub-unit, which debuted in July 2016. NCT-127 currently has 9 or 10 members. This group is more of a fixed unit, so the member lineup stays the same most of the time. The 127 in this unit's name stands for the longitude coordinates of Seoul, South Korea, on a map of the world, which means it's 127's job to represent Seoul -- the birthplace of Kpop -- around the world.
Therefore, some of NCT-127's songs are part of NCT-127 mini albums and other songs are part of full albums that include songs from all of NCT's sub-units. Hence, why some of the album descriptions mention NCT-127 and others just say NCT.
"Fire Truck" was NCT-127's debut song, and at that time there were only 7 members of NCT who were in the"Fire Truck" MV -- Taeyong, Mark, Jaehyun, Taeil, Yuta, Winwin and Haechan. However, now that NCT has 9/10 members they also include Johnny and Jungwoo in the song whenever they perform it.
For their song "Touch", the part at the beginning where Mark sounded like he couldn't remember what he was supposed to say, that was actually part of the song. If you listen to the full song, you will hear him do the same thing in the MV.
Fun fact: What you heard was the Korean version of "Highway to Heaven," but if you watch the MV for the song, you will see they also have an all English version. ("Highway to Heaven" was released during their North American leg of their tour in 2019.) They have an all English version of some of their songs because NCT-127 promotes a lot in the U.S.)
"Faster" was just an (INST) instrumental version of the song, which means it's just the music and they don't sing. "Faster (INST)" was the intro to "2 Baddies," so Johnny was supposed to be introducing "2 Baddies" at that moment while "Faster" was playing. "2 Baddies" was their most recent comeback song at the time and the whole reason why they were on Dingo's Killing Voice was to promote "2 Baddies," which is why you heard that whole song,
NCT is one of the most internationally diverse groups in all of Kpop. The members as a whole currently represent 8 different countries and they speak 7 or 8 different languages. For example, there are 9 native Korean members (*Taeyong, Doyoung, Taeil, Haechan, *Jaehyun, Jeno, Jaemin, Jisung, and Jungwoo), *Mark is Korean-Canadian, *Johnny is Korean-American (from Chicago), Yuta is Japanese, *Ten is Thai, *YangYang is Taiwanese but he grew up in Germany, Hendery is Chinese from Macau (China) and 5 mainland Chinese members (WinWin, Kun, Xiaojun, Renjun and Chenle). However, they all live and work in Korea, so everyone speaks Korean fluently. Plus, many members have attended international schools or lived abroad, so there are several members who are also *fluent in English, on top of speaking 2 or more other languages.
NCT is a group that is constantly changing and rearranging its members and sound and we never know quite what to expect from them. With a concept that allows the members to rotate between sub-units, changing, adding and subtracting members depending on the concept and style of the group or song, you should never expect the same thing from them. You are better off always expecting something new, that somehow, also ends up sounding very much like NCT. LOL
NCT is SM's attempt at taking over the music industry around the world. SM's original goal was to eventually have NCT sub-units representing every major city in every country in the world. They soon will be adding new members and creating a Japanese sub-unit. It has always been SM's plan to have world domination. And to that point, right now NCT-127 is the group that SM is using to try and get their foothold in the U.S. music market with all English versions of song like "Regular" and "Highway to Heaven" and collaborations with American artists such as Jason Derulo, as well as U.S. concert tours and promotional tours with the American media, etc.
So, this year is NCT's 7th anniversary, but debut dates are different for any number of members because it all depends on when they were added to the group. And many of the members of NCT actually became recognized by fans even before debut because they were part of SM's pre-debut group project called SMRookies, so SM did activities with several of the members before they debuted.

Thank you so much, guys! I just noticed that you reacted to DoJaeJung’s “Perfume,” and now 127’s “Killing Voice”. I see that you were blown away, no surprise there. NCT 127 (1-2-7 btw) happens to be my favorite pop group, and though there may be better individual singers in other groups, in my opinion 127 members sing together as well or better than anyone around. I was impressed that you noticed how their voices blend together; they were even referred to as a “choir” when this video came out.
Fyi: The one in the center with the baggy sweater is Jungwoo from DoJaeJung (Jeff might know him as “Lips”), and Doyoung is third from the right.
7:08 is particularly funny because you guys had just mentioned someone possibly missing his cue, and that’s exactly what happens here: After Mark says “Uhh” he misses his line, and they had to use his prerecorded voice. That’s why he looks so embarassed.

NCT, especially NCT 127 gets a lot of hate for their sound, it was especially bad when they first debuted. Haters called their music “noise music” but the group and fans have taken that description and turned it into a positive to the point you’ll hear the group say it in their songs lol.
They’re very experimental with their sound but at their core are very Hip Hop and RnB based. Hope y’all dive more into NCT/WayV!

@@STAYYVERSE they are more RnB and Hip Hop based, especially when you hear their B sides. But their title tracks tend to be more experimental and the production reflects that. I’ve seen ppl say that abt Stray Kids too. Not about ATEEZ tho. ATEEZ and NCT are my ult groups and I do like SKZ. Guess I have a type lol. “Noisy” groups 😂

Yes Nct 127 is a “subunit” its the original group tho all the others under their NCT category are the subunits so Nct U,Dream and Wayv they were the first to debut . Nct U is just a rotational unit its not fixed and not really considered a “group “ because it’s really just a concept from their label for at whatever time they are gonna release something with different members from different subunits that fit that style of the song at that moment if that makes sense, so the members you see here were the first to debut under NCT umbrella & NCT127 is the original group not NctU

Nct as a whole with all units is my ult ult group and I'm also a multi stan. They really have alot of bops. That's what makes them my ult and i have no bias in nct cus it's hard for me they're all equally talented.
