Thoracic extension is such a great stretch/exercise/whatever you want to call it. I love how narrow this is to avoid the shoulder blades. I just ordered the 6-inch one. I’m so excited! Awesome review.
I’ve had problems with my upper back getting out of place my whole life. I used to have someone bear hug me from behind and lift me up with my arms crossed and that would straighten everything back out instantly. Now that I’m older and bigger nobody is big enough to do that now. Would one of these do the same? Which size would be best? I’m 5’9” 280lbs.
Great vid! I say get both for the most angle control Check my patented interchangeable foam roller side wheel! It offers new height control for foam rollers plus you can grab hand grips on the wheels for extra control on stretches. It’s an invention that shoulda been around decades ago. Keep your foam roller clean on any surface outdoors / adds non slip tread and better stability. So many advantages. It even makes tread roll slower and extends length of back stretch by double start to finish based on physics of larger wheel on smaller diameter roller. Prevents shirt from getting caught under. Plus offers full body training and band mounts. I’d be down to send you 1 to review. Been tryin to license 4 yrs and every brand refuses it so I started making kits to sell online. The wheels are really good quality. Super durable. Thanks
Jolts sounds like it potentially could be neurological. I would recommend you get a proper evaluation to get to the cause of that sensation. An exam and x-ray would be a great start.

Be careful with the glue that holds the pad together against the plastic cylinder. It comes apart with minimal use and the warranty from the company is absolutely useless. They do not respond to their warranty claims. After repeated attempts to contact the company, I’m left to social media to try to get help. Unfortunately I’ve not heard anything from Chirp
My son bought me this 2 years ago, it's the best present I've ever gotten! I love it
I'm glad to hear that! Its been a real life saver.
I started using a nikken mag creator to roll on.
Its so amazing. It gets so much deeper and feels amazing

This won't fix the problem, but will definitely keep mobility in your spine, which is the most important thing!
David, did you get the wheel? I have the same problem in the upper back and this wheel is amazing!
Your voice is one of the most soothing I’ve heard. Lol seriously you should start a ASMR channel.
Thank you! Anything specific you'd like?

You can't sell now?
Sorry, I see you are selling it. Can you send info?
Great Review, thinking about getting it myself!
Hope you enjoy it!
Thanks!
No problem!
Thanks, Doc!
My pleasure!
I do trail running and believe it has been causing lower back pain for me, would you recommend the chirp wheel?
It's a really great tool that I use to help stretch and keep myself limber. I've definitely been having less back pain myself!
How often should u used it? 6in?
Its like stretching you should be doing that every day.
@@dr.sharonlark6419 ok great! Lol I thought I was over doing it
Will this help with my SI joint? I have sharp jolts quite often.

I think i need a doctor everytime i cracked my back the next couple of days i have shirtness of breath? Anybody with same problem?
Why does it throw my lower back out when I try and use mine? I have tried twice and ended up in worse shape then when I started.
You may have weak core muscles or some underlying structural problems with your spine that needs to be investigated. Look for a local chiropractor.
@@dr.sharonlark6419 I go to the chiropractor regularly.

Great review. Have you ever adjusted anyone with autism? Do you adjust kids and teens? Will you make adjustment videos

arms up and out. slower and more relaxed.
Why don't you wanna go too low on the lower back?
Why not lower back with the small one? That is where all the pain is….
You can use whatever you want, it mainly comes down to preference.
@@dr.sharonlark6419 Thank you for the response! Seriously considering these for my lower back/sacrum pain.
