Thanks for this info. I am planning to go for long term vacation Qatar from Canada. I am wondering if you can rent a studio apartment or something similar for a month for cheaper? Hotels are so expensive if you are planning a long term holiday. Any help is appreciated.
Hi, I would recommend you try Capstone, Saray Mushreib or Imperial Suites. They offer reasonable month to month rentals.
Minimum wage in qatar is 225 a months and if you work as nurse is 9000 so if the house is 6000qr howa can survive
If you are a nurse, then most likely accommodation is provided for you or you are given a housing allowance. As per the minimum wage of QR225 I can’t comment on that as I’m not sure for which profession you are referring to. However, for the teaching profession, minimum wage is higher than that.

Yeah, accommodation right now is through the roof due to the World Cup. Most places have doubled their prices 😭
If you find a job there they usually include housing. They offered me a housing allowance with my job offer and I don’t pay anything out of pocket.
