The company I worked for had a program for college students from Thailand to come over to the falls and work for some sort of credits or something. Anyways, some were better at English than others, but I befriended all of them really quickly and I helped a lot of them understand English better, I had a lot of fun doing that, and was quite literally the only positive thing I can remember from that job.
Working a service job is already hell, imagine doing that without knowing the language of the country. I'm surprised she kept such a positive attitude through all the entitled karens.
