There are certain eligibilities to become a BRICS member. Anybody can't become a member just like that. Especially PAKISTAN because they're very close with CHINA. PAK doesn't suit the 1st condition of BRICS itself. A nation still surviving on free doles, loans, begging & borrowings. PAK should remember that BRICS isn't a platform to lend money or give free doles.

This Ambassador seems to know his country a lot better than others, like say the jihadi Abdul Basit. Pakistan must look inwards first to solve the terrible problems it's embedded in. Because of these problems it's like a patient carrying deadly contagious disease. As long as those diseases remain no one would like to come near it.
