he might actually be the worst league player to ever play the game. even the most mentally challenged person in their very first match would prolly understand that sitting in lane with 0 items and a bunch of gold for nothing after almost 11 minutes is not the play and only has downsides. this guy is truly something else. my strimmer.

Gonna take him 5 more years for him to figure out you can counterproxy one of his waves, go back and fight him/ignore him/chase him out/do whatever the fuck, 5 more after that to see that his build is shit and black cleaver exists.
If you have Conquerer and build Trinity force into Black cleaver you play a whole different game. You really need to stop doing the same build every game..also you had a perfect reset window BEFORE the cannon wave, cause Rammus reset there.

It was not a bad call to not base. The only way he could have gotten a good base in this case is if he counter proxies 1 or 2 waves or waits until rammus leaves the proxy and he leaves the wave in an equal state. Otherwise quin would always lose a full wave by going base, which is never worth it. They weren't fightning anyways.
buying attack speed and a chase item only to afk farm in lane entire game also he had phase rush but didn't do any champion damage like 99% of the match
