For people claiming Jered is rough on these trucks, sure doesn't sound like it. Love the sound of these old pipes, these ride alongs are the best. Cheers :)
@@OOpSjm yea, if you say so, those old macks were designed as heavy haulers unlike the old Ford, Pete's and Freightliners which would snap their frames at the battery boxes. To be honest, just plain fatigue
He might not be driving the shit out of it here but he sure is lugging the guts out of it instead which is just as bad, got to keep the rpm’s up. He is just making excessive noise with those pipes which is a juvenile thing. Listening to that noise day after day can and will make you lose your hearing. It’s a proven fact as well as irritating to others nearby. I’ve driven many vocational trucks for over 36 years and have never ever blew any of them up. That’s professionalism and not some hick jockey. Better daddy keep him on the farm so he can bail him out every time cause he certainly would be broke if he had to keep fixing his own trucks. Just an observation.
Tks for sharing Mr Andy. Please let Jared that I said Thank you for the ride along. It's was nice too see the beautiful sites of your state. Was that phone line that low? Or your camera that tall. But sure took us out in a hurry..
Kudos to Jered for letting that one vehicle turn in front of him, when it was Jared's turn to go through the intersection. I try and do that myself, when running farm equipment around. Let them go ahead, since they can accelerate faster, and you don't have to worry about them trying to pass you later on.
Nice views of fall colors in Onondaga County. Both on the trees and on the ground. Went back and counted 13 curves. One lefthand curve has two apexes. Thanks for the ride-along.
Andy, I hope Charley is doing good in school and sports. You can tell just from the videos she has appeared in that she is one smart young lady. Then again all you children are really smart.
Hey Andy ! you are a very good driver Jered and very smooth shifting , good job ! a manure ride next time i love it . Thanks Andy for your time and have a good day !
great video...reminds me of back in the day those stretched out K-whoppers pullin those cattle pots from Louisiana to west coast...love the whine of that turbo....rollin smoke...
If you count how many times he shifts, brakes, turns and backs up in 1 trip it probably is more than most truckers do in a day and y'all wonder why things wear out so fast on farm trucks doing short hauls plus slugging their guts out in soft feilds and making the suspensions work quadruple time.
Well he was using the lower end of the RPM this time. Was a nice ride along with the fall colors. I like the way it sounds when it not run to the top RPM. The low RPM loging has a nice sound.
Damn Andy there is still quite a bit of standing corn i can see ,don't know if it's for silage corn or grain corn but if it's grain corn they are running out of good days left to get it done !!!!!
Andy when are you going to feed out the bags thats on the old farm road? Also how long have you been running john deere equipment in the farm because i have a peice/ equipment for a john deere and i eanted to know if you have ever seen one
Here's a video the way I like it. You amplify the TV speakers, put the volume almost at maximum and you enjoy the sound especially when the jack brake is engaged but also when the engine is idling and that sweet hiss comes out of the exhausts.Too bad that TV line cable is perhaps a little too low.
Andy, what do you use for cameras? We need to do some corral work and other training videos on the dairy. We have no idea what to use other than a cell phone. We have an old dji drone that we know a little about for some things but what do you use with the magnet 🧲 when you are putting “us” places? I have to admit that with your experience your videos appear almost professional. I know you edit a lot but you can’t make good video with junk footage. Glad to see your radios working well.
Man that line seemd to be hanging way to low? Do u drive the tractor all the way to that field or tow it? Seems like that would be a far ride in the tractor.
Andy, just to settle a bet between my husband and I, are you actually riding with Jered in the truck and just not talking? I say you are not with Jered, he says you are. What say you?
A strong CAT engine with a beautiful NY State country tour, love it! Excellent driving, thanks for the ride!
Those Lines Are Low!!!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou for the ride!!!!!!
Big truck on the small roads always gets me sharp , just by watching. J. does a good job. (turn in a wet field looked doubtful)
When is Jerid going to run the chopper. Heaven only knows the guy can do it. He is capable of most anything on the farming operation.
Might not want to, chopper to confining, more fun hauling than running cutter
Hi Andy, I look forward to the ‘silage pipe’ ride along video every year, so cool
For people claiming Jered is rough on these trucks, sure doesn't sound like it. Love the sound of these old pipes, these ride alongs are the best. Cheers :)
The old MACK drive line just wasn't built up to handle silage trailer field hauling.

Looked like America sounded like Freedom! Great job Jered!!
Really like the sound of the w900. Great video Andy keep them coming

Love those pipes, music to my ears. Another good one Andy.
Thanks for the ride Jered!! Even though you hit my head on that cable--ouch!! LOL! Truck sounds awesome!
That w-9 sounds so good thank you for the ride along
It was nice of Jered to bring us inside. It was a little damp and chilly on top of the trailer.
Wow now that’s trucking. What a lot of residential along the road. I bet they enjoy the jakes 👍👍

The stacks helped to keep water off the camera. Those stacks sound pretty good too!. You can tell when the motor isn't under a load too.
Thank you for the ride - I only fall off once
Always enjoy the ride-along videos for the countryside!
Farming in Saskatchewan now, your country reminds me of home in the English Lake District.
Andy that was a nice view from the back of Jared's trailer
Nice driving lad. That motor runs sweet.
Ahhh the 13 curves. Anyone ever see ghosts there at night? I have when I was driving ambulance for Marcellus quite a few years ago. Great video
No you haven’t
There’s a new view we need! In cab with Jered!
Love the pipes.
Put the camera up there when you chop Andy. Cool ride and great videos as always!
Just fricken awesome, Thanks Andy and Jared.
Beautiful day in the neighborhood 👍
That was awesome Andy!
Thanks for the ride Jared you did some smooth shifting
Enjoyed watching the video Andy😊
Jared makes that 900 smooth 👍👍👍👍🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒
You do well with all your videos Andy all have good content 👍
That's one great sounding W9, you must have had a heavy load on it,Jared was taking his time with it. Great job you guy's !!!
60,000 pounds only
At 35:35 omg just listen to that 3406 scream ❤ ❤😻
I enjoyed the music thanks!
Nice to hear that cat purr.
Love the sound! Retired now and only run auto shifts with DEF!
Good video Jake sounds good 👍🚜
Sounds like a great video

Exactly, hard for non farming folk to understand.
Not as hard on the suspension when you have off-road suspension
Another good one Andy 👍
Always love that Jake brake sound. Awesome ride along through some country roads at a colorful time of the year.
Decapitated, but the music to my ears from those pipes. Best sound ever!!❤
Yeehaw nothing like a good scenic drive ride
Well he was using the lower end of the RPM this time.
Was a nice ride along with the fall colors.
I like the way it sounds when it not run to the top RPM.
The low RPM loging has a nice sound.
Lighter load requires less RPM and torque curve
The turque curve doesn't change. most have a peek turque around 1500 or 1800 RPM
@@billherman37 lmao you add 40,000lbs it definitely changes
Good thing the truck box was full of silage, phone had a soft landing.
Ale piękny ryk i podziwiam tego farmera ile już kosi zdrowia przede wszystkim🇵🇱👏👍✌️
Charlotte or Bub in the 900 would be cool. This is great
Freaking awesome Andy 😊
lovin the sound, great video- gonna have to get you a chrome rubbr duck for that front end😂
I turned my tv all the way up for this video!!! My ears r ringing afterwards. Is that normal?😂👍👍
already laffing and truck just started to roll😊😅
Another great vid Andy can’t believe how cheap fuel is and I’m guessing that for a gallon
Damn Andy there is still quite a bit of standing corn i can see ,don't know if it's for silage corn or grain corn but if it's grain corn they are running out of good days left to get it done !!!!!
Very cool....
..
They came through this past spring and put in fiber internet. Well, a 9500 combine will find all the low hanging wires they put up. Still counting.😊
Like this video a lot.
Wonder how many pieces of equipment cabs got caught on the cable TV wires? Thanks for sharing....
I have fallen and I can't get up 😂😂
Yes sir… beautiful
Andy when are you going to feed out the bags thats on the old farm road? Also how long have you been running john deere equipment in the farm because i have a peice/ equipment for a john deere and i eanted to know if you have ever seen one

The volume of local traffic you have to deal with certainly affects the round trip times per load
Been waiting for this video sounds so sweet

Damn that truck sounds good
Don't let Jared have the camera anymore 😮 he can't even say hello to us . And I think his windshield wipers are broken ,lol
Lots of black walnut trees in your neck of the woods
Where’s Jerreds gorilla suit? Haven’t seen it in a long time!
She is sweating horsepower
I was thinking those wires looked really low.....
That is so cool 😎😎😎😎
The leaves would have been prettier if the sun was shining.
👍👍👍🏿👍🏿
clothes lined by the cable tv cable.
Good grief - that Chevy wouldn't go at 8:29
Time to adjust the valves on that Cat after the rebuild, i detect a couple late releases.
15:42 is when it finally happens…
Safer to ride IN the cab anyways!
And Jered didn't use the Jake as much as I figured
Just so u know the heat from the stacks made the camera fog up a bit
It was spitting rain so it was water droplets getting in the lens
@@FarmingFixingFabricating it's me John Crane ok on the rain
Was that ride with Jar.from the Huston farm?

There's footage of him driving to the field in a previous video. I don't believe they own a lowboy trailer
Sweet
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Andy, when are you going to break Sara and Alex in on the tractor trailers? You have Jr coming up, so the gals should move up to the semi.
They have their trucks.
I kept ducking under the lines but it didnt help

Very nice 👌 😊😊😊
I think you might have hit the camera
Hi
It amazes me how green your corn is compared to Wisconsin
Andy, just to settle a bet between my husband and I, are you actually riding with Jered in the truck and just not talking? I say you are not with Jered, he says you are. What say you?
Andy was still chopping corn in the field.
No I was in the chopper
Good driving,, its some of the other NUMB SKULLS who fuck it up!
