Sir, Why are companies listed in the market? Then why does delisting happen? If listing benefits are there then why some companies are not listed? Like Saravana stores, Saravana bhavan etc

Sir, Please discuss the issues below and how indirect costs bring down the economy. We paid income tax at 30%, fuel tax at 55%, and road tax, toll charges, etc. Together, the total tax amounts to approximately 85%. Similarly, when purchasing a house, income tax is 30%, construction GST is 18%, and registration charges are 12%. This brings the total tax to 60%. alongside bank interest of 9.4% . selling the same house without any extra cost to someone but again we have to pay 12% regis fees. Even for daily items, buying toothpaste in the morning incurs 18% GST, and mosquito repellents like All Out are also taxed at 18%. Essential items like rice or curd are taxed at 5%, in addition to income tax and fuel tax. ultimately we have to pay 80% of our earnings to govt as direct or indirect tax.
So Market not going as per the valid and economy performance of India . I feel now market controlled by gambling &hedge fund managers of DII😊😊. Retailers to be highly concious .No more value investment .
