Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel! I hope you found this report/brain sheet useful. Also, I know it is specific to a postpartum or mother-baby unit, so feel free to change it up/add your own nursing tasks and to-do lists!

For a med-surg report sheet, definitely think about adding sections on the patient history, age, allergies, BMI/weight, intake/output, IV, medications, diagnostic tests, lab values and results. Some people like to organize their report sheets by times instead, so think about a different layout.
