I hate it whenever i get sick, especially during exam week-
hey chloe ! i'd like to ask if you have any advice on how to get rid of burn out?? i've been so busy lately i feel like it's never ending 😢 love your videos soo much ! always look forward to them :)
oh! hm i remember feeling burnt out in lockdown (I felt there was always so much work to get done and was never ending)! I think I got out of it when I willingly let myself take a break (don’t guilt trip yourself when not studying) - take breaks and do something other than studying whenever you can. Set a time where you stop studying at night and do something you like! Maybe at 10pm you can watch an episode of your favourite series! That’s just an example but don’t put too much pressure on continually studying! I Hope that helps susu and stay strong! ❤️❤️

In Sri Lanka we do 12 exams every term . And we do 2 exams for a day
