  • Life is like a river. It flows from the source to the sea, through various landscapes and obstacles. Sometimes it is calm and peaceful, sometimes it is turbulent and chaotic, but no matter what, the river keeps flowing. It does not stop or resist, it finds its way and follows its course, it embraces and accepts.
    The river teaches us to flow with life, not against it, to let go of what we cannot control, and to focus on what we can. It teaches us to be flexible and resilient and it teaches us to be grateful and optimistic.
    The river also gives us hope. It gives us hope that whatever we are going through, this too shall pass; whatever we are facing, we can overcome; whatever we are feeling, we can heal.
