Boss i want to correct you that for railing minimum 10mm glass is advisable because 8mm is less sturdy. And as you said for bottom make grove for glass and fix it with sillicon but in this type of fitting if glass broke it will be mess and very difficult to clean from grove and it may be damage your flooring also for that reason aluminum bottom profiles are used. And after some times sillicon will be become yellow and it will not bond properly due to sand and cement dust.

Hello Manish jee,first of all I would like to appreciate you for the in-depth knowledge sharing for each of the topic you choose.....I would like to have your advice/suggestion on house construction in Noida sector 112 with plot size of 250 sq MTRS ,should I opt for a contractor and provide materials by my own or should I hire a construction company like prithu homes who are providing end to end services with a SOW contract and a formal contract with warranty ,considering I'm an IT professional and it would be difficult but not impossible to buy material on my own but its more of the quality of the house construction which I'm concerned about ,if possible pls create a video on this topic to have more clarity and help to clear this doubt
