All you have to do is relax and think about what you want to remote view and just repeat the name of the object you want to view. You'll immediately start seeing things. At first it won't make sense, but keep going and the, suddenly you'll see it. It will stun you.
Oof. There are sexier books than that dry read. Without context, that was the most boring book I had ever read, which - strangely enough - convinced me the subject was real. I'd recommend Lyn Buchanan's The Seventh Sense for someone just becoming aware of the field.
I'm actually reading this book bc I want to learn how to quiet my mind. I thought I would just learn from the master himself. I find it really hard to block out everything, so I'm hoping something in this book will help. But I will definitely try both suggestions here. Thanks!! I trained in remote viewing by my instructor, Nancy DuTerte who trained by people who worked with McMoneagle and the Stargate Program. Guys like Russell Targ, Lynn Buchanan, Pat Price and Ingo Swann all worked for the army and CIA devising this program never got the due respect they deserve for all that they accomplished. I experienced more high strangeness than I would have imagined in my home During the time I was training in remote viewing. It went on for about eight months and was pretty scary but the remote viewing was amazing.

Holy Sh*t I remember dying to hear from this man after hearing the first Shawn had on. First time I heard of it and he’s the perfect person to ask the right questions. Idk how you find these people Shawn but whatever method you use I could not be more impressed. 2 yrs ago I was convinced of my favorite guest. That changes every few weeks now and we learn A TON.
