Um, maybe because the SEC is suing him for unregistered securities, fraud, and market manipulation. You have to be a real criminal like SBF to get on SEC's radar.

When will we be able to exchange Wrappet ETH trc20 (ETHOLD) for its native one at your Poloniex custodian? We haven't been able to do it for a month and a half, it's incredible, it looks like a rug pull.
Im a big Tron user. The network is fantastic. It’s been one of the best if not the best earners for the past 2 years. It also offers a reliable apy of 4.11% with additional earnings through its energy market. Please do your research on the Tron network before listening to the FUD.
Huobi HTX also recently had an unfortunate hack stealing $5,000,000 worth of Eth I believe. HTX immediately covered the loss. Unlike a lot of other exchanges that will fumble for a few weeks before they do that or nothing at all.
