In this video, I explore the difficult energies we often encounter in politics or political situations (office politics, home life, etc.) and then I pull some cards for ideas on how to engage in political discourse while remaining in a position of love towards others.

This is a great topic! I am currently avoiding politics because I get irritated by the news cycle and discourse about it, but it’s nice to consider that we could have a higher view about it all
