If total service is more than 5 years then TDS should not be deducted on PF withdrawal as per PF rules. But this is government department so nothing is certain here

I have few queries - i) My total service years is 12 years and now the PF amount accumulated is more than 5 lakhs (Employee + Employer share). In this case, do I need to fill 15G form and upload or 10% tax is directly deductible from my PF amount? ii) the Pension contribution - Since service is more than 10 years, you mentioned that we have to wait till retirement age. If there is no PF contribution in this account anymore in the future, will this account be active till the retirement age? If no, what is the process to follow?
Sir as per rules your TDS should not be deducted on PF withdrwal as your total service is more than 5 years. You need to wait till retirement age for pension withdrawal

I just had a quick query - the passbook website shows claim settled and shows me a different amount than the one that I received - I received less money than is shown on the claim settled amount (for PF). Lastly the pension amount is approved for Rs 300 less than the actual pension amount - do you know why that might be the case?
Kindly check if your TDS has been deducted on PF withdrawal. The pension amount shown in the statement is a rough amount. The exact pension amount is calculated based on your total services.
Tax Guru Ji ..this is the rejection reason - Your Claim has been rejected due to :1) SUBMIT F/10C ALONGWITH F/19 2) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE I submit accordingly along with F19 & F10C & Name is printed on my cancel cheque as per suggested but they rejected. Sainath ji you can withdraw certain % of employee share PF balance as Advance PF withdrawal in case your employement is active anywhere as per UAN. I have mentioned it very clearly in the video itself.
I have watched your 15G video also. And in that you mentioned that to '15G form' is required if the amount is more than 50,000 and before 5 years. But in my case, the total withdrawal amount is below 30,000. So, Is I need to upload 15G during 'PF Withdrawal Process Online'?

Thank you for this video. For those of you who have ˋverified by Bank´ instead of ˋdigitally signed´ next to bank account details. Know that it is still okay to initiate withdrawal process. Also, under Active KYC section I did not have Andhra details showing, only PAN and bank account details was present under Active KYC section and due to recent update there is no option to add adhaar anymore. But still, it works fine. I submitted forms on 4th of September and got the entire amount on 25th of September. Hope this helps those who had doubts like mine. Thank you!!

@@michellesehgal7616 I would suggest you to fill both the forms and upload it bcoz even if the PF amount is less than 50k, the amount gets deduct. And you can claim both the form on the same day. That's how I did.

Have you applied form 19 and form 10c claim on same day? I am confused by other people opinion.

@@michellesehgal7616 I would suggest you to fill both the forms and upload it bcoz even if the PF amount is less than 50k, the amount gets deduct. And you can claim both the form on the same day. That's how I did.
@@sunitasubba2820 I filled both the forms on the same day. There was another video on youtube saying that the claim gets rejected if both the forms are applied together thank you so much for clarifying it for me!!
Great explanation . I have submitted my PF settlement but i didn't submitted form15G(It mentioned in one of your previous video and in google too) because i worked for more than 10 year . Hope they don't deduct TDS

When i upload from 15g during submission it showing technical error & without form 15g EPFO reject my claim..can u suggest anything about 15g uploading??
@@dipeshhalder1898 merely due to internet issues. Try login in again and make sure you have scanned all the pages of the form15g in the same sequence. Do this late night when there is no traffic on the website.
Actually i've done this different times...bt same problem arise...immediately i've submited without 15g..then it has been submitted.
