I'm sorry, I don't know much about it. It's about 2 hrs away from me and I only see it on our way to Ocean City each summer haha. Hope you enjoy the Eastern Shore!
Prince George's County has areas that are still decent, such as Aquasco or Croom. Can't say much for the more Urban areas of the county closer to the DC line.
I’m getting a position in the pentagon so I’m moving to the area. Do you have a video of the pros/cons for living in MD Vs. VA? Trying to find the best place.
Traffic in Northern Virginia is horrendous and has been for decades. There are nice areas but Nova is generally overwhelmed with development and sprawl. That said, you should think twice about living across the river in Maryland if you have to work at the Pentagon. Basically, you have only a handful of choices (and the Beltway is the major one) to get over that river. It will help that the military gets to work early, but be prepared to live half of your life in your car.
It is a nice area. It is more rural than a lot of central MD. Its in 3 different counties. Howard, Frederick, and Carroll. Schools are very good as well :) Let me know if you need anything at all
@@livinginmaryland7837 please also consider making a video on places to avoid in MD (if you haven't already created one). That would help new people a lot 😊
Not at all sir! I am more familiar with other areas, so I'll share what I've heard from clients over the years, but my own personal knowledge is limited on PG County.
Ive lived in Crofton Maryland with me family my whole life. I love it. :)
I love Crofton! Glad to hear that. Thanks for watching!
Harford County rocks 🙌🏻
I live in Urbana, it's like a slice of heaven out here imho.
Any comments on Salisbury? I am about to take a job offer there, and was wondering if it is a good area to live in?

Nice video., lots of info but background music too loud.
I've lived in Baltimore county for 38 years. It's a shithole now until you get to the hereford zone.
It is my dream to move my family to either prince George county or Montgomery county Maryland
I hope you are joking! LoL
@@mikemccabe3227 What’s wrong with PG County? Just like every other area, it has some good and some bad parts. It’s a lot of money in PG County.
Ya pg has money but they need to pour into their public schools. The school system is a shithole

Ocean Pines ?
Very nice there! I've stayed there several time while on our Ocean City trips. Just not a big area that people live year around.
Any videos about the area near jessup md looking at neighborhoods within a 30 min commute
Columbia or Savage. There is a prison very near Jessup. And there is also the Jessup Correctional Institution.
you may want to consider lowering the music

I'm sorry, I don't. Don't know too much about VA
Better get hip and do a video about it

Lived in MD my whole life, ask me anything
Can you please let us know if Mount Airy is a good place to move?

This is very helpful. Thanks for the response!

Please lose the background music because it drains out your voice
Are you biased against PG County? Or do you focus on "white" areas as being "good" areas?
Not at all sir! I am more familiar with other areas, so I'll share what I've heard from clients over the years, but my own personal knowledge is limited on PG County.
Sounds like the latter. What’s new. Sometimes you have to laugh at them. All areas mentioned are predominantly white areas, that’s no coincidence.
Olney is the ghetto school At our school lol Wtf
Is it a bad area? (I don’t know if I should move ther)
