Nice one ma, you're a good teacher. I practiced it but noticed that the weight of the cape didn't allow it stay in place after I tacked to the main dress. Is there a solution to this please? Meanwhile my cape was 5 inches wide, 35 inches long with just two strands of plastic bone.
Yes, that's happens. You just have to tack it to the dress. Two places in front and two places at the back with a hand needle. Make sure the tacking is neat and use a matching thread.
