Dude just do the things they teach you on the first day like posture and bow holding and don't collapse your wrist then take it one note at a time and don't beat yourself up all the time. The moment you got out the womb you couldn't walk
@@X1GenKaneShiroX it takes a while to learn even the simplest of the basics, and here's an exercise sit completely up and have your back arched so that there's an arch, that took me at least a week to learn along with the articulation, beats, tuneing of both strings and fingers and I am no master even at learning for 2 years

I also play the violin but have you ever thought of going to an honor group or a professional group (depending on age and if you haven't done so already). It can be real fun and very good on the use of the skills you have also, it makes more skills that you may have never known.
