The title says it all. I admit i did let this album slide when it dropped, based off the tracklist and what media had to say about it. But after watching a re-review by Vibevilla.. together with those two i had to admit i was dead-wrong not getting this album. It’s the story-teller Eminem like i love his music the most. For me he doesn’t have to prove shit! All that flexin’ and fast rapping, however impressive, often strays off of any kind of topic. Although everything he says has meaning, the double-tripple- quadruple entendres, sometimes gets in the way of the storyteller. Anyway… this album should be held next to his greatest work, surely no L ! I had hiphop in my veins long before Em came up. Since dre was one of my favorites, i was there for the first Slim Shady album, till this day. ( yeah.. got revival too😄) For me…. kamikaze is his best work. But before anyone gets a temper tantrum… i said ME… purely personal choice. But the ultimate album would be a mix of all his projects, handpicked by moi 😬

The reason why they are calling revival is bad its because its not as great as the song eminem used to create. If somebody else made revival it will gonna look impressive since its good. Long story short, People was expecting better.

I think for Fantano any double/triple bar is cringe at least if it comes to Em, he just doesn't like him. He's not that critical towards other rappers for example when Kanye says something cringy he laughs at it and say this is Kanye.

Was waiting for this song. One of my favorites on this album. Hopefully you can do Heat. That’s another fun one. The stuff you you said at the end if this is how I felt about this album. Kind of him turning the corner and also trying something new. A lot of the word play really didn’t start until this album. His older stuff actually sounds “basic” to where he is now. Not knocking his older stuff, but you can see how he has progressed since he has started. I enjoyed this album and this album actually got my daughter interested in his music.
I highly recommend the song “Remind Me” from the Revival album! It’s probably the most fun song on the album with a great sample of a well known rock song (I won’t spoil it for you), and of course it still has tons of fun wordplay, . Hope you check it out!

He should re-release the tracks under another title and see what outlets actually figure that out, since no one actually listened to it when it came out.

I think for Fantano any double/triple bar is cringe at least if it comes to Em, he just doesn't like him. He's not that critical towards other rappers for example when Kanye says something cringy he laughs at it and say this is Kanye.

The stuff you you said at the end if this is how I felt about this album. Kind of him turning the corner and also trying something new. A lot of the word play really didn’t start until this album. His older stuff actually sounds “basic” to where he is now. Not knocking his older stuff, but you can see how he has progressed since he has started. I enjoyed this album and this album actually got my daughter interested in his music.
Would love to see Knox do a colored rhyme scheme break down highlighting the different schemes in Eminem’s songs
If they rebooted Bad Santa, Em would be the perfect actor.

I highly recommend the song “Remind Me” from the Revival album! It’s probably the most fun song on the album with a great sample of a well known rock song (I won’t spoil it for you), and of course it still has tons of fun wordplay, . Hope you check it out!

Revival was ahead of its time, but there's such hate at Em right now from the industry via bots, mirrored by mouth-breathers who defend manufactured mumble rap, and racists, that the only way Revival will get its due is as a giant middle-finger to them. He should re-release the tracks under another title and see what outlets actually figure that out, since no one actually listened to it when it came out.
