hi Isabella! I have a question for you. So I dance about 14 and a half hours a week and I stretch (or do my excercises it depends) each night, what do you think I should add to my routine? I am homeschooled so my time is very flexible and I love hard work/challenge!

Hi Kristin, email me and I will help as I probably need more detail to assassin how much you're doing or you can book an " ask me anything" call and we can chat for 30 minutes :-) Link in description

Hi, Isabella. I recently asked you to talk to Mary Puart and you replied that this interview was in preparation. I was interested to know your opinion about your studies at the academy at different times. I recently learned that Maria is Russian and that her fate at the academy was not very successful, she did not even complete a full course, unlike you. she holds a grudge and talks negatively about her studies. I'm worried that her mood will greatly affect the content of the interview and I want to warn you about it, If she didn't have a professional career as a ballerina, it's not only the academy's fault. I understand how difficult it is for foreigners to study at the academy, how unfair teachers and students sometimes behave (chauvinism is inherent in Russians). But you, Isabella, were able to overcome these difficulties, maybe not completely, but Maria was not.

Hello. Most likely, I do not know where to send my questions to you, because a couple of times I left them in the podcast for your early videos, I repeat some of these questions for today's meeting, Maybe you will see them.
Hello, Isabella. And who would you be interested in giving an interview to yourself? The path you have taken is very difficult, but a very interesting way to become a professional ballerina is respected. And despite the fact that after watching almost all of your videos and learning a lot about you, there are still questions. which I would like to get answers to. I understood that you have finished your professional career and now you are a teacher, teacher, coach, educator, etc.Maybe there is already such an interview, but I didn't find it. I admire your perseverance, courage, self-discipline, charm. And I also want to repeat the words already said by someone that Isabella is an exquisite ballerina, I would add - piece, museum. I'm sorry I didn't find a video of your performance on stage. I am not an expert in ballet, but only an interested spectator. I hope that life will thank you. And what would you be interested in; to be a teacher in the theater or at school, or maybe a stage director сhoreographer,

Hello, thank you so much for the video! You mentioned a video talking about why you left Russia, and I remember seeing that video and wanting to watch it, but I can't find it anymore. Is there any reason why you took the video down? Hope you are having a nice day :D

I was wondering about that video too! I’m excited to watch it as I’m a teacher and always love to hear how other teachers came into it.

I used to be very flexible when I was taking ballet as a young person, I am 66 now and although I have danced and done yoga most of my life, as you know, ballet flexibility is a bit different. BUT I have been back to class for 3 months now, stretch and do floor barre several other days at home in between 2x week classes and I just got one side of splits back 9I have a hamstring pull on the other side)!!! So, it's possible older dancers!!!

Wow. I lost my period at 56 kg. I obviously should not weigh less. Did other students lose their periods because of weight too?

Hello! I was wondering if you ever had a classmate who started ballet a bit later. I started at 14 and it’s my dream to be a professional ballerina .

Thanks for the wonderful video again! May I ask what is vaganova's advice on hyper flexibility? Especially the ones in the knees and ankles. I was always asked to pull back, or build muscle strength... But if I pull back, my balance becomes so awkward. And... I am scared to build leg muscle anymore because I'm already very muscular and super self conscious about it. 😂😂 Thanks in advance 🌹🌹
