Loved the layouts of these two cards, Jackie - especially the second one. I appreciate the "work-ability" of Mono adhesive, but NOT the sticky residue when you have an "oops" moment. Have learned to use with care.

Oh my goodness - you are the first person I've ever heard who ties their bows upside down like I do! I can't make a nice looking bow for the life of me unless I tie it that way. It really DOES make the tails lay the right way.

I love using scraps like this but have never used 1x2 pieces, so thank you for the idea. I've also used the hexagon punch and circle punches for cards like these. Hmmmm...I bet the smallest Stitched Shapes square would be good to use also, although more labor intensive than just cutting or punching.

Yes, it can be tricky depending on which adhesive you use. I'm glad you like the layout of this card!

I enjoy creating mosaic style cards with my scraps and smaller sheets. Varying shape sizes brings out such different looks! Diane
