You know, this really makes you wonder why Sonic Team doesn't do this themselves? What I mean is, having the characters already or adding them through updates/DLC The art style for Sonic hasn't really changed since Unleashed so all the models and some animations are readily available. People playing mods haven't really complained that they all play like Sonic, not much anyway.
Nice improvements, I see the blue streak is still there, but I love the improvement on his movement animations. As soon as I start seeing more mods for this, I might consider getting the PC version. I really want to see mods for Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Silver, and Blaze. I'd also love to see someone make a texture/lighting mod to make the game look less bright and vibrant, and more detailed looking. Lost World was just too bright overall, the vibrant colors and lack of textures kind of irritated my eyes, so it would be nice to see toned down lighting, and more detailed textures for the stages. Otherwise, Sonic Lost World had fun gameplay and some stunning art direction, but it would have been better in my opinion if it wasn't so cartoony.

Daku i think the walking animation should just be normal walking, then when you press the run button Shadow starts skating. Just an idea, do what you want.

To any Sonic Lost World modders reading this, now that Sonic Lost World is out for PC are we gonna see Sonic in his Link outfit from the Wii U's Legend of Zelda DLC, or better yet, a mod that adds in the Zelda and Yoshi DLC Stages? Cause Nintendo are very stingy motherfuckers, i'm sorry to say it but it's true, any company who makes their own consoles are VERY stingy about their game releases, case in point: Sega we all know only made games for their consoles back when they were still making consoles, but the second they lose the battle with Sony and stop making consoles they suddenly lose that stinginess and go multi-platform

I always questioned the length of this stage. It so short. Casino Park and BINGO Highway were way super longer!

It might not be easy to do, but I think you should make it that when not going fast shadow walks, and when holding down boost he skates
Maybe you could try getting his glowy trail to be orange, like in Sonic Heroes and Sonic Adventure 2 and stuff?
You could go the extra mile and give him his own idle animation. Preferably the one from sonic battle.
