It has to do with the fact that bigger bets count the jackpots into the RTP more so you get stomped on other things. Max isn't always best unless you are chasing grands.

Vegas Matt played it a few weeks ago. It’s on one of his daily videos. He tried to do small bets until the meter got most of the way and then switched to a high bet.
It didn’t work. Of course they knew it wasn’t going to work. It’s just like all the other games. He kept getting the stampede on small bets. Even though it was just getting started.
You guys should tell Mr Handpay why he is your favorite🥰 His channel is family friendly, not because I am a prude but sometimes the grandkid may be sitting here too. He doesn't go sour and nasty when he looses, he treats his freaks with respect, tips the help well, plays huge bets that I could never and doesn't repeat play on the same machines over and over. I played the original Buffalo Stampede slot beginning in late-2017 or so. I quickly became enamored of it. My memories of playing that machine are mostly of the nostalgia-tinted variety. _That_ game had character whereas this new Buffalo Ultimate Stampede is mostly devoid of charm.
I watched your entire video. It was like a train wreck, I could not look away. I wanted it to show something so I could at least say, 'This looks like fun!' but no dice.
I once played a Buffalo Stampede machine for 459 spins before getting a 3-coin bonus. At least the game had kept me going the whole time with sustaining line hits. Also, I had a nice run of randomly being awarded the Minor Jackpot 14 times between mid-November 2019 through the first week of January 2020. It got to the point where when I went to the casino I _expected_ that Minor Jackpot. I had begun to feel entitled to it. 😉

Vegas Matt played this. EJ ran up the stampede meter on minimum bet then as it's almost full, they raised the bet.
The trick to this game is to fast spin it on penny denom 75 cents until you get the bonus bar to like the S area. Then you increase your denom and bet. Also, if you hit 6 or more of the numbers, it'll fill the bonus bar.
Won’t work. Vegas Matt tried this and it absolutely DIDN’T work. The machine kept giving him the bonus on the small bets and not on the large ones. Obviously this ”simple” strategy can’t work.

Yeah, there is a hay wire. The bonus can literally break. Even when it's completely empty, you can get one number on the screen. And then it'll just will just insta the fill up the whole thing and break

Hi Jason, I would recommend not doing the rapid fire all the time like are or at the end of your spin, let it run by itself. I have seen other people play this and they get the bonus over and over and retriggers up to 104 by one couple. But a hand pay over and over. And re spin after re spin. I know you have luck on alot of machines, but you can blow thru tons of money doing the rapid fire over and over, especially when you are betting max of $200 to $600. Vegas Matt tried that - he built it all the way to the S on minimum denom minimum bet, then cranked it to max demo, max bet - put in $16,000 to get that sliver
It builds up fast on the lower bets but as soon as u raise it slows down. Seen Vegas Matt do it. Didnt work out too well for him.
