A trick for shaky hands is to put them up in the air, close to the hyperextended state, but not pushing it into a stretch, then flex your limbs from the fingers all the way down to the shoulders. Repeating a few times this helps relieve stress in the muscles.
Whenever i paint miniatures, i do this and it really helps.

I just watched your Instagram story about how people were saying that really don’t like her face. I think she’s adorable and after seeing the side by side from your story, she is an exact replica of her in game model. I feel like people may be put off since she doesn’t really match the style of how you typically draw faces, but I love her personally
Personally, I also think her face as a doll is totally different from her in-game model (I am a Ganyu main and have been since she first came out) but I think the doll is super cute too! Also, translating a 3d game model into a real doll is way more difficult than one might think, so people having a problem with it being different should just go make their own if it bothers them so much!
The wig came out INCREDIBLE! And I can’t believe articulated hands are even possible!

Ive never played genshin- I know nothing of it. Btu all I know it that ganyu is beautiful and I’ve always complimented the character designs- hers is my personal favorite design. She’s so cute!! And you made her look so good too!!🤍
For some reason (for me), the face seems a little... MEH... But the rest is AMAZING.The wig, the suit with each and every one of its details. All accessories, ARTICULATED HANDS... Amazing ❤❤❤

the face is definitely more basic than her other dolls, but in my opinion it fits the character well and is more true to the design, you know? ganyu has a very simple face and doesn't have any special makeup, so it would look weird to me if she did anything more than she did loll
that said, i do of course love it more when she gets to do more fun and creative faces!!! the way she does faces shows so much personality, especially with dolls like the monster high redesigns

i think it’s because there’s so many details on the outfit, bow, and wig. the face looks plain and thus kinda uncanny. i thought the same thing with the honkai starrail doll. they’re still works of art tho ‼️
@@froggeth8489 i like the extreme makeups she have done in the past so im guessing because this is a paid commision by hoyo and that maybe she dont know these characters too well she maybe went the safe route? like im thinking if it wasnt maybe she would dare to go more crazy with their eyes. but yea stll very well done dolls.

To help the articulated fingers hold poses better I would recommend adding a thin wire alongside the string :) It helps a lot

Would you think about doing a video on the more technical aspects of doll making? How to vectorize patterns, how to set up your printer, how you use your printer. It’s just be cool to have your point of view on the process. There’s lots of videos talking about 3D printing, but not from a layman.

These giant smart dolls are so crazy looking when they’re next to a real person. If you ever do anymore Vshojo dolls, you should make Hime Hajime into one of these giant dolls. It’d be fitting considering that she’s canonically 1,500 ft tall, and it’d be so funny to see her towering over the other Vshojo girls lol.

Hair paste/wax is a life changer. Ever since my hairstylist used some on me for the first time, I've sworn by it. I always have a jar at home now and it's SO great to style short hair with because it doesn't make the hair look shiny and sticky like gel nor as stiff as spray
EDIT: I know the finishing shots take a lot of work the way you do them in your videos but I think it would be nice to have at least one longer shot of just the doll standing, maybe a front and back view even, just to take in the finished piece as a whole. I find it a little hard to get a good idea of the final doll with all the moving detail shots and it's really a shame when you've put in so much work.

Y'know, as a guy I shouldn't be into a things like dolls and stuff, but even when I've never played Genshin, I can tell it looks absolutely amazing.
i have to say, while i do love your works and i am always left speechless by how much attention and details you put in every doll you make with this being no exception, i feel like when you make anime models in general their face looks a bit... flat? i think it may be the lips, i know you didn't color nor gloss them purposefully, but i think it makes the doll lose a lot of expressiveness. the eyes too, i feel like she looks like she's spacing out completely, but i think it's easily fixable by just changing the angle of the eyeballs (usually when the eyes are just slightly crossed they look like they are focusing better). i know this is unasked criticism but i wanted to let you know and maybe take another point of view into consideration. sorry in advance if it came of as annoying, still love your works and will continue to watch all of your videos ❤❤

I adore the chaos of this video, the doll mic, the popit paint palette, true artistic mind comes through everything! The Cocogoat is gorgeous, especially the hair, it's always so cool to see complicated anime hairstyles irl! Love all the details, Genshin outfits are so much to even draw, not to mention cosplay, and on a doll scale it's crazy to not just print the golden patterns onto fabric, props to you!

This literally turned out SO good! The Amos Bow was a great touch too, I think it really brought it all together! I have to ask, what do you end up doing with all of your projects? Do you keep them stored nicely on display, would you ever consider selling pieces like this? She is just soo gorgeous and as a Ganyu main I would love to see more products in store that are similar to this, as the only "official" figure makes her face look a little weird and her skin color isn't very accurate lol. But all that aside, this ended up even better than I imagined, and she is adorable. Hope you had fun making her!
