we have this bbq in the party size and have issues with the drip pan underneath, too small and grease blows out onto our swim platform all the time. It's not made to catch much at all and I feel it could be a design flaw. Do you have some solution for this problem?
I just had some ads for this grill so I came to find out more and your comment confirms my suspicions about grease drippings. Besides their thermal mass; the reason why so many outdoor gas grills say to use lava rocks or briquettes, is that drippings will cook off on them. Its part of the reason even smaller portable gas grills still have some at least.
