  • Nick Gilder live on Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert from 1979. Songs are (You Really) Rock Me and Electric Love from his 1979 album Frequency. Quality of the video is just OK but quite rare to find Nick Gilder live performances from this time period.

Please tell me there's an alternate universe somewhere where Nick Gilder 's Frequency album sold 10,000,000 copies. Just. Not. Fair.

I was never a fan of his big hit "Hot Child in the City" but these are both great. (You Really) Rock Me has a definite Queen or Styx feel and Electric Love would have worked well for The Cars. A fine clip from the "Freaks and Geeks" years!
