IF THE CISF CONSTABLE SAYS Kangana Ranaut didn't co-operate as a narrative to defend herself she should not be shouting about her mother sitting in the ground as seen in the video. Also she could have informed her senior officers not as seen in the video shouting and that too in her uniform. This is absolutely not the code of conduct of a person in uniform. This comes across wrong to the public view.
Is this issue related to kisan ? Or security ? .don't politicized it by naming kisan
