Lisa is really amazing rapper. Others may not agree on me, she may didnt seen her potential earlier in rapping but bruh her ways tells allot that she can go far beyond she is rn with the talent growth exposure. She knows how to play the beat with her words and adapt into background rhythm not just spitting words, her diction and emotion. Like shes kinda telling a story in her every verse bruh. I've seen some of rapper with this personality in stage but what makes her different is shes bringing the color of her verse into words and she has this natural swag that is not forced, you kniw what i mean? She doesnt need to look badass bcs its natural in her diction and presence which is attacking in a good way.
Lisa definitely stood out during that performance even if she didn't have many parts (to show her beautiful voice) Her effortlessly powerful voice is really good and her rap in the end was just *chief kiss*

Ugh I LOVE this one and legit got goosebumps the first time I saw it. The way they switch off singing one person, then two harmonizing then them all harmonizing even in the rap parts that Jennie and Lisa wrote themselves .... I think they did the original justice.. like they made it their own version of it but in a good day... I was shocked to hear them live bc I think they’re better live than on the albums lol especially bc they have that live band that adds something different to the performance that elevates it... seeing them live is def on everyone’s bucket list now lol Edit: I mean I understand that feeling out of your element being surprised by blackpink.. it’s just so unexpected. This is from a Korean TV show called "Party People" that sadly went only one season. The host was JYP, who you see a few times in the video vibing to the song. The idea was that it was JYP's party, and there's an actual bar on the set serving alcohol. It was supposed to push Kpop idol guests to do things they wouldn't do on other shows. The performances are a lot of covers of English songs. I really wish this show came back, because it had a fun vibe.
If you wanna watch their Coachella performance, look for the official videos even though I think Coachella already pull them down. Need to find a link to it somewhere. Most of the videos on UA-cam are fancam which are great if you already watch the official one.
Have you watch the Blackpink Coachella’s concert? That was one of the best live I have seen them perform, first concert performances in the US that also kickstart their first US tour, to have to perform singing and dancing in just two hours straight must be exhausting but they really enjoying it and it shows.
