You need to set your suspension preload and rebound. I can see in your video that you are basically running with zero suspension settings. If you want to know how to do it Cyclefanatix has a good video but it is also explained in the owners manual. The bike will ride night and day better.
I have the suspension set properly I have to run it at zero. I weigh 140lbs which is below the lowest weight in the manual which is 150lbs. Any other setting past zero is too stiff and is jarring when it comes to hitting imperfections in the road.
