Great review Paul!!! Yes the articulation is lacking but the detail is great and even though he has less moving parts the amount of plastic used for his size probably justifies his cost. He definitely needs his 20's era ciggerate holder but they probably left it out because it's a toy and the whole kids and smoking thing. Which definitely isn't fair because this is a. collecter piece designed for adults. Anyway thanks for the review and keep up the great work.

Batman returns was 1992. The figure is good. But the one disappointment I see is they didn't put the cigarette in the set like you mentioned.

I think the Penguin and the Batmobile were most taken from the 89 film. Man... looking at the upcoming figures we are getting the crappy Scarecrow? That sucks....

Everyone of these figures could be done a little bit better, I don't feel DC Collectibles is putting 100% effort into these figures I don't think they are worth the 20-30 price tag, I'd say $10-15. but I will say the look like they came right out of the cartoon, which is what I guess you would really want.

I don't think the views are low because of D.C.,I think it's the type of figure.People like to see(at least I do) a more detailed figure or statue being reviewed.

IMO I think he’s the worst DC villain because he has no special powers, he relies on penguins, and he’s just ugly.

Wow okay I was way off. Nice parts count. I've got no affiliation with batman the animated series (stone throwers line up to the right >) but his a great looking figure. Paint apps look great and his a good size

It's a toy and kids are the target so I understand why they didn't add the cigarette.

+Red Hood Well yes and no. These aren't targeted towards kids. These are collector figures and DC targets them towards collectors. Which is primarily why they are not in mass retail. They're in comic and hobby shops. They're geared more towards adult collectors than kids, but it's possible the cigarette thing was omitted because of the fact it is a toy. They might have some regulations regarding that sorta thing
