So I have seen previous videos of this game, from what I can tell you is that the devs sometimes have hidden buildings up over the ridges from the track itself between station to station areas. So be sure to check up over the ridges and behind the mountains for other locations and more loot as they say all the loot everyone loves being a pack rat for all the loot.
Soundwise, snow is very difficult to make seem real. I have yet to see a game where the steps sound right, because the sounds are so dependent on temperature, humidity and conditions in the past few days. For example, when temperature is -20C, the snow is dryer and more fluffy, but also has a certain squeeky sound when walking. In -5, the sounds kinda have more weight to them. Often in games, the sounds don't match with the weather. Game developers would benefit from someone that has lived their lives in a snowy part of the world as a consultant to produce a realistic soundscape. I do realize though the early access stage of this game. Looks interesting!
