We're calling on Londoners to beat the 31 miles an ambulance covers in an average shift and raise money for our Charity, which supports the welfare of LAS staff and volunteers who dedicate their working lives to providing life-saving care to people in need 💚
Anyone can take part - you can swim, cycle, scoot, hand-cycle or ride anything that is self propelled!
