I understand how Tore feels…I lost my Rev F after loaning to my nephew who sold it for drugs 😢 and I once had Ty Tabor show me his own amp solid state settings after a Kings X gig. I ordered my Knuckles (fyi my nephew is doing great ❤)
I find the whole UI of these pedals really appealing. I use the Dream 65 and it works great for my rig. Sure theres other solutions that also sound great but the UI on the dream just makes you view it as an amp and not a pedal somehow
I am really considering to buy the three pedals. I bought the Ruby, the Dream 65 and the Lion and play only with them, I use now the AXE FX as audio interface, which is a shame. But the truth is, this pedals sound better than the fractal
Great question! I was checking all manuals on their website and saw that specific“Signal Flow” feature only for the Knuckles: Preamp+Tone EQ; Tone EQ+Power Amp or Full… That’s great, but I don’t understand… why don’t they do that for the other pedals?
How are you hearing the sound in the room? Through an audio interface and studio monitors or a stand alone FRFR speaker? I am not really interested in recording and just want to jam at home and am looking for the best solution for these pedals...
We were using great sounding wedges (monitor boxes, like on stage). They sound great but are too big, loud and pricey for only at home. In my opinion the best sounding solution for at home are small-ish studio monitors. Most natural sound, stereo sound, great value for the money. You can ignore the fact that they are used for recordings too if you just want to hear yourself. :) I have the Presonus Eris E5 at home and those sound amazing with modellers. Cheers //Kris
it's still hard for me to understand why they haven't put midi on these amazing-sounding amp sims. Even a dumb person can see that they will sell a 2.0 version of this same pedal by calling it a game changer by putting midi without changing a single screw.
Haha! I'm pretty sure that booster was made way before his time at 'his past work'. But it's a fun little fact indeed. And one shouldn't ignore such an iconic combo (that booster into a dual rec) when making such a cool pedal like the Knuckles. 😜 //Kris
Hey, yes he used to work at TC many moons ago, but is with Universal Audio for a lot of years now. And he's as healthy as one can get, Tore is running marathons and everything. Pretty crazy stuff, I wish I was that fit and healthy, haha. //Kris
They’re all much cheaper than the amps they mimic. It would be great for studios that want more options. Performers could have multiple amp options on their pedal board and go straight into the board.
I think that I have watched all of the Anti videos and I disliked them all, I swear that I want a 5150, but the Anti has no appeal if compared to the Knuckles
so predictable. had an ref f… sold. somewhere in orange si-rectifier theres „the „crunch blues tone…“ uafx, ruby is great. this will too. you have to bring prices down. give me the pedal plugin for free. your selling me an lp screwed inside the player. tonex one is eating you alive. wake up.
The ToneX is not a modeller, it's a profiler. You can tweak the hell out of these UA pedals, the ToneX is absolutely not meant to do that. Why do people always compare apples and oranges?
twisting knobs on actual hardware is fun. i appreciate the design philosophy with uafx pedals
Always great to see Pedal Jesus again. Love that guy
Best demo and explanation of these pedals. They sound amazing good work guys!!!😊❤😊❤
Widespread Panic used rectos for years. Definitely a versatile amp.

22:20 - all of these UA pedals don’t run at line level. They run at instrument level only.
Tore as usual bringing the gospel of Tone to us mere Mortals!
Dear Mr/Ms. Decision Maker at UA,
All I want for Christmas is 2 more preset capability from my UAFX amp pedals.
🤞🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏

Question: this “only power amp” feature does also come in other UA pedals e.g The lion?
I don't think so

Haha, G müsste noch locker eine Kopflänge wachsen und ich meine nicht nur seine Haare 🤣Tore ist echt nicht klein. 🤘 //Kris

This Knuckles new pedal sounds digital to me, there's smth in the high end that sounds very wrong and artificial...

tore quietly sneak his past work into this one

Does the Bluetooth actually work???
if you update the pedals frequently then yes ...much better now😊
Mine does since the newest firmware update in the Spring. all the new pedals have this update installed.
@@sixslinger9951 thats true thx ...but I would prefer a Desktop solution because I don't like apps in connection with guitar🫣
Is Tore not ex- TC electronic?!? Has he lost a lot of weight and look really "old"? Hope he is well 🙏

18:29 riff name pls!
It's from an Avenged Sevenfold song. Can't remember the title, sorry. Maybe someone in the comments can help us out? //Kris

@@arthritisankle just buy a tonex then...
Wait a year and buy one used for $250.
@@arthritisankleif you see these at a studio you’re wasting your money there.
$350 dollars is a weeks worth of gas 😂, if you don't like inflation. Vote

lay off drugs kid
They sound good, but are too expensive particularly when you compare it to the likes of ToneX

@@private7g944, who gives a fuck, both are capable of replicating a Mesa, and a ToneX One is less than half the price of these
They can throw in as many as they want of these pedals. Without effects loop and headphone jack I am not willing to pay 400+€>
you don't need an effects loop. you run delays and reverbs after pedal and drives before pedal ....works perfect.
You can also plug in headphones, just plug a Y-cable into the outputs
